A Boa Vida em Lagoa

Visited last night for a couple of after dinner cocktails. Cheerful and attentive service from the most wonderful couple who are more than happy to chat and have a laugh with the customers but are not at all overbearing, and nothing is too much trouble. The music is great, very nice and relaxed. Finally, the cocktails are perfect and reasonably priced. I’ve had many bad espresso martinis before as people try to make them in a hurry certainly not the case here. Perfectly made and have already recommended it to the rest of the family, and we’ll be coming back soon!

Such a nice bar with friendly service and a smile.Went there for drinks most nights and you can just relax. Very welcoming bar with good prices. Highly recommended.

Not too many places open in early February but A Gale open all the time and has lots of supporters. Very local feel, rather bright lights and traditional food. Very good avocado with prawns and lamb chops. House wine reasonable. Good value.

Have been going here, when visiting the Algarve, for years and this place has never failed to provide excellent food atmosphere. Highly recommended, though you need to book.

Oven roast cod chosen for our meal. Massive portions and cooked beautifully
