The food was good and reasonably presented. However, the place revealed negligence in cleanliness. The windows were very dirty. Countertops, shelves and kitchen need a thorough cleaning. The service employees revealed too much informality, compromising a professional attitude. All these reasons can justify the evident lack of customers in a place that could be pleasant
