for something called adega regional I expected a little more. average food, average price. the waiter did not answer any question to the menu. I have instructed them to book and I was sorry to say no reservations they need for a wait. when we arrived, there was a table free, the waiter said he was taken and shortly after a group arrived directly from the outside.
the place is very sweet, but eating salty, in many sides burned. veggies as a meat side were not fresh, but from doses, still feels the acid when eating. overall in comparison to all other restaurants in the opposite a very bad quality. can. much better and even cheaper with real Portuguese and fresh products in many restaurants in the environment.
we arrived in this restaurant. as we had already eaten, we asked if we could only have one drink (there were many tables available and the people were still eating). an rude waiter just said no without explanation.
I thought I was happy to find somewhere open at a Sunday night in the januar, but this adega was. I wanted a simple meal and a local wee. they produced a good caldo verde, roast child and a half bottle of a really...interesting local red vinho verde!
Amazing place, the food is simply awesome and cooked to perfection, the soup was a pleasant surprise as not many restaurants get that right, the meat was a perfect medium rare, will come back for sure!
Nice restaurant right on the river, nice vibe and so relaxing with the sounds of the river while eating and relaxing. Food was delicious, cooked well and excellent sauces. Fully recommend this place
This was one of the best places to eat in Geres. Very tasty food, good service and affordable prices!
Had a lovely dinner at Adega with my family. Good local food for reasonable price, fast and efficient service. Would also go there at our another day in Geres, but, unfortunately, the place was closed .
