When me and my family (4 people in total) first arrived in this "restaurant" we already knew we were in for a ride. And it met our expectations. Between the time of arrival and when we were seated there were roughly 70 minutes, so when we were actually seated the even longer wait for their main attraction (the traditionally dish from Porto: 'francesinha') put us in an already rough mood. Expect a 20-30 minute wait on your service (in their finest hour). The dish itself was close to average but didn't quite make it to that point. In the cheapest join in the center of the city you will find a francesinha with all of the ingredients, even the more expensive ones like fresh-sausage which, for roughly the same amount you would pay here. All math made this francesinha certainly looks cheap but it's not. It's a plate of epic dimension, don't get me wrong... (the francesinha itself will be covered in French fries... An extraordinary amount of them...) But only fills the body. It fails to please the mind. Other cons of this place include the poor and slow service, the dirtiness of the floors and the noise, which I've only seen the likes of in rock concerts. (It can be compared solely to a screaming chorus of around 600 toddlers.) Overall I wouldn't advise anyone to visit this place due to the sheer amount of things that are simply too much: the waiting time, the seating time, the service time, the amount of French fries in the plate, and the total bill.
Uma das melhores francesinhas que como. Pontos favoráveis, o molho e as batatas frescas. O ponto negativo talvez seja o tempo de espera.

Uma tonelada de batatas para enganar ceguinhos, e francesinha muito fraca quase sem recheio, chegando ao cumulo de apresentar salsichas laminadas.
Já não é a primeira nem ultima vez que visito adoro a francesinha e tem uma boa relação preço qualidade a quem pode recomendo
Deus que é Deus não agradou a todos, e com as francesinhas é exatamente igual.Apesar de levar salsicha de lata eu até prefiro porque não gosto de salsicha fresca. Em relação ao molho, só tenho a dizer que é soberbo. As batatas fritas, são o que se diz divinais, frescas, estaladiças e douradinhas. Apesar de ser um café muito procurado e bastante movimentado, está sempre asseado, com funcionários profissionais e sempre dispostos a colaborar. Pontos negativos só conheço 3, o tempo de espera pela mesa (se for em grupo é pior), algum barulho (mas quem é cliente habitual já sabe pró que vai) e......quando não há xiripiti ;) ;) ;)
Tive que esperar 15min por mesa mas um serviço rapido e francesinha da melhor...recomendo. Uma simpatia desde o gerente a todos os empregados 5 estrelas
Otimo restaurante para comer francesinhas de qualidade, tanto o molho como as batatas fritas são deliciosas. Apesar de o restaurante estar um pouco escondido com o GPS consegue se encontrar bem.Staff 5*De negativo só apontar NÃO TEREM MULTIBANCO, acredito que as taxas são caras, mas para um restaurante que esta sempre cheio, hoje em dias não se anda com 50€ ou mais na carteira para pagar a conta. É que o multibanco mais próximo ainda fica longe.Estacionamento á porta com faciliade.
