Chegamos um pouco antes de fecharem e ainda eram servidos - o único ponto positivo (tomamos uma bebida há alguns dias, sentamos ao sol na praça e foi adorável), então imaginamos outro G
Lovely daytime visit for drinks and fab cakes, even nicer now the square has been remodelled. Good coffee and lovely Portuguese custard tarts.
We were waiting for a restaurant to open for dinner and decided to refresh ourselves with drinks here...we ended up buying cakes to take home and the lady behind the counter had impeccable English, explaining what was in every cake. We drank, went on to our dinner reservation ,then took our cakes back to our villa...they were all incredible. Thank you Cafe Regional, you were awesome!
This family run cafe has been in Sao Bras for years.It's location is very central and it now benefits from the recent renovation of the town square.Freshly pressed orange juice is just fantastic and the custard tarts are also pretty good!They also boast a great selection of ice cream!Gin and Tonics are worth a try. This cafe generally closes by 7.30, but great for a pre-dinner drink.
We visited this cafe on several occassions for breakfast or brunch and were never dissapointed. You can enjoy tea,coffee or fresh juice with a large variety of snacks or cakes while watching the village square come to life.You can also catch up with your emails etc with the free wifi. We will definetely be back.
After the restauration of the Largo São Sebastiao, the Café Regional could add more tables outside. Excellent place for a good breakfast, sunny in the morning, the sound of the fountain, with the smile of Joao, the owner. Slightly more expensive than small cafés in town but worth it.
The very best café in Sao Bras de Alportel. Fantastic selection of excellent cakes. Famous for their delicious chicken pies. Very friendly and courteous. And now with a new square right outside. THE place to go to relax in Sao Bras. B&B rooms available nearby
Stopped by for lunch today, have been a few times before. Lovely food, good friendly service, nice seating area outside. Lots of lovely cakes, pastries and the chicken pies are to die for . I always buy extra and take them home to freeze. Also the pastel de Natas are the best and I take them home and freeze them. Rated as the best by me.
