We went here for lunch. It was a good lunch. They had two black pork secreta entrees on the dinner menu so we went back for dinner, just for the secreto. No disappointment here. If you have never had secreto, which is a rare thing to find in the USA, you are in for the experience of an eating lifetime. It is a “bacon steak,” but made with black pok. It transcends any pork experience you’ve likely had. One plate was served with homemade potato chips and a tomato Midas. The other came with a bread dish kind of like a twice-baked potato but made with a bread boule. Don’t worry about the side dishes. They are great, but the pork is the star of the show, whether served with citrus wedges or a fruity plumish reduction (basaltic, maybe? . Good wine list as well, with lots of selection, and good local wines available that perfectly complemented the black pork secreta. Best ever.
