I was here last night. absolutely heaving with many golfers. they say they know the best places to eat. eating was quite exquisite. the drink is very pleasant and fantastic. highly recommended. around the corner of our hotel alvor baia
here for a meal after having taken the night before, good meal with good service. ordered steak, which was very nice (homemade chips.) a visit worth.
I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. the steaks were amazing and perfectly cooked to order. the staff is very friendly and always the extra mile for them. my daughter loved the pfeffer sauce, it was so beautiful that they practically drank it. everything is...homemade and completely fresh. I will come back next year
we had arrived late from the airport, had not eaten and stayed opposite. the restaurant was short to close and we explained our situation. the personal made us very welcome and stayed open to us. we had beautiful piri piri chicken and a bottle Portuguese wine. so late we didn't want to worry the staff, but we were not rushed and even coffee offered! excellent customer service and the bill were only 27 euro for both of us including wein. if they stay in the opposite of vila marachique, this is a must visit restaurant. so good that we will go back tonight!
Newly opened a MUST for a visit. Great steaks, convenient location, service, home made sweets, wine SERVICE. Puts many of the other restaurants to shame. Fresh fillet steaks to die for, freshly cooked potatoes, fresh veggies, fresh sweets. A VERITABLE GEM Spacous, good...parking,facilities, spotlessly clean, brilliant service from the owner himself. And amazingly good value. TRY IT FOR YOURSELVES.
Wonderful restaurant, had a nice meal for two at lunch time, good dish of the day, and superb grilled chicken, finished with a nice chocolate mousse (home-made the place is wooden made decorated, nice and clean. We paid for both 25€ well served! recommend it!
Stumbled upon this as we were staying nearby, not the best advertising but the food was spot on for 2 adults and 2 young children 6 months and 3 years. Great service and good choice of wines. Monkfish went down a treat as did a...steak. Kids meals were good with good veg sides as well rather than just chips. We also got a takeaway later in the fortnight and it was spot on with huge portions cooked fresh to order.
Absolutely loved this restaurant, food was delicious and the staff were so friendly and helpful advising on what to eat. We ate there several times during our stay both at lunch and evening, plus we had takeaway Wishing Paulo and his staff lots of luck...for the future.
