serviço terrível, muito tempo de espera (para um trabalho para duas pessoas. esperar funcionários rudemente tentar não fazer o tempo de espera relevante. Para ser um lugar bonito antes, parece estar vivo do seu nome.

serviço foi super rápido e super amigável e comer foi delicioso. eles têm dois menus diários, ambos tomamos e fomos servidos em um minuto. apenas o bolo laranja para o deserto era um pouco seco demais para o nosso gosto, mas nós amamos tudo o resto.

the food looked good, but after waiting for more than h and the memory of the waiters we gave up without eating. Conclusion: we never have to taste the food! go there if geduld is your second name!

we visited this place more than once and always liked eating. but the best in this restaurant is the sangria for about €, which tastes very beautiful. sometimes the service is a little slow and they transfer the commands. meat is not. always cooked as they wish, but it was still delicious. they have life music that makes the atmosphere even better. beautiful place to visit and have fun with friends.

I went with family and friends. The food was good and the portions were generous, but in Viseu that's normal! Staff was busy and sometimes we needed to wait for a while... but they were nice and very helpful. I ate Bacalhau à Lagareiro ..(codfish). It was good, but the codfish was insipid (no salt). The potatoes were delicious! Good value for money. Restaurant is sapcious with a vintage decoration. Bike on the walls. Love it! Live music some days and bar.

Excellent staff attitude. Good food well prepared and fresh. The space is very different from the norm as it was previously a factory.

Amazing space, with very good food. The waiters are very attentives and so gentles. The decor is very beautiful and magical. The day we went it was with live music, good sound and good music. It was an amazing experience. thank you!

The Fabrica may be a good alternative for food and stay. However the waiters the service at all is very poor and they need training! We went for lunch here with my son and my wife at so a lot earlyier than normal service...starts in Portugal what is between and pm. We stayed outside big mistake as they forget the people outside. We ordered the Bife Cogomelos e natas and the Bife Fabrica. For my son the Salchichas or something like that It's sausage with rise and potatoes We recieved our meal about minutes later, By we, I mean my wife and I. After minutes I stand up as nobody came out and I asked where my son's food is. And instead of being helpful they where rude to me. Is this the correct way to speak to a customer who is right? I mean our food was now cold my son was hungry and then it's our error? After minutes my sons food arrived. And he is now still eating, now they just came and took all our food away and all the other stuff and did not wait untill my son finished lunch. It's the last time we eat here! The big problem are the service people, the atitude and the way they walk around, if you look to their face you feel it right away they don't like to work here. No smile no joking around with our son, no communication at all. Very silent and a bad behaivor. Food: Location: Clean: Staff: Overal: My rating here is still not because of the food.
