O Canto em Lagoa

Very good restaurant with helpful and innate staff. We almost skipped this place as I felt it was too touristy, but the places with more locals were all fully booked. But when we sat, we didn't feel like tourists. The appetizers and the main dish were delicious. We had Picanha and Dourada. Both dishes were excellent.

Excellent service, delicious food and a beautiful atmosphere just outside the main square still alive and fun. The Oktopus bruschetta was a great discovery. And whoever makes the garlic sauce deserves a Nobel Prize.

Eat here, 2 adults and 2 children and had empty plates round! Husband had a amazing steak perfectly cooked, I had cable fillet, which was very delicious. Really friendly service also and loved the port! Would definitely return!

Four people had different meals all of which were presented excellently and tasted just as good. Service was very good, price slightly more than some of the surrounding restaurants but you get what you pay for.

Lyndsey and Jimmy, two of the nicest people you could wish to meet! Excellent food, superb service, they have a good team around them, front of house and back of house too! Can highly recommend a visit to O Canto whenever you find yourself in Ferragudo.
