This is a fantastic restaurant! The food was wonderful as the service. We are on a tour through Portugal and Spain and have just opened for our group. The duck was great.
The Pano de Boca is very practical if you plan to attend a theatre session, but the service is very bad and the food deserves no visit. We were a group of 8 and none of us were satisfied with our choice: polvo...à lagareiro - it was not soft and not hot enough; to dry the Lascas de bacalhau; the arroz de polvo very week. The staff is nice, but not professional. Took lit's of time to bring us the drink-water not complex and several times 3 brought us dishes from other tables.
We were a party of eight. Six of us were served and finished eating before the last two were served. One of the last served refused the meal, I took mine after all the others had eaten. The same wrong order came out twice and...before we had ordered it impossible, we pointed out the items in the menu and our order repeated. Be ready for a confusing mess.
