comemos aqui à noite, apenas um para partilhar com uma garrafa de vinho, o tinto da casa. Depois de uma recepção calorosa, o serviço foi excelente e a comida também. cozinha caseira honesta servida generosamente. o xixi estava excelente e, como comer, muito favorável...o preço voltava quando na contramão.

beautiful small restaurant with some locals. very good service, good and unpaid eating. we enjoyed our stay!

we thought we were a little lunch and were very happy that we had. our waitress appreciated my attempt to speak to Portuguese and helped me when I fought. our food was served very quickly and was very good and traditional for the region. I had oktopus with megas that I would recommend - it was a court of the day.

Hoped for something slightly tastier. Low quality (cough medicine) sangria. Pork was not good. Fries not good. Service good though.

My boyfriend and i stopped here for a quick lunch. I wanted the cuttlefish but with a different garnish, migas instead of fries. The lady changed it promptly, therefore I had exactly what I wanted. Thank you for that. His fish was also good and...fresh. The portions are generous. The ambience was nice, casual and very friendly. Definitely recommended!

I stopped into Pérola do Porto Covo for a late dinner. The service was excellent. The wait staff did everything to make my dining experience enjoyable. From discussing the menu to doing a little extra. The food was great, I had a local fish dish...that was very tasty. It appeared to be made by some old ladies in the back (that's how you know it's good Seems like a very family friendly, and friendly in general, establishment!

We took a chance on this one as the one that had been recommended wasn't open yet and we were starving. Nice family-run place, grandad sitting watching football with grandson, mum waiting, sister in kitchen. When our Portuguese/English queries were getting a bit much for...the waitress the very pleasant chef appeared from the kitchen and told us what to have fish of the day. Beautifully fresh and well cooked, served simply with boiled potatoes (surprisingly delicious) and salad. Lovely home made desserts too and a jug of cheap (but nice) house wine. Not at all posh' but we had a fun evening there and really recommend.
