Great staff that pays attention to all tables, nice environment (although the music choice isn't always the best), the food's quality is great for the price you will pay at the end.

euro for lunch. but with student card it is euro. variety of sushi, sashimi and some other cooked food. service is good, and sushi was actually delicious. sashimi (except lachs) was not fresh but we could feel that. thunfish, white fish and otopus sashimi did not feel fresh. we ate them, however, as we have already ordered them (our mistake we have learned). when we came home, both I and my girl were heavily poisoned. sashimi and sushi are made from raw seafood. if they have no fresh ingredients, they simply inform the customer and do not offer it. just like that. sashimi should be made with greatest care to avoid that raw fish / seafood. it's a pity that they didn't pay attention to cleanliness and made us sick with bad sashimi. we are not new to sushi and sashimi. but this is the first time that we were poisoned by them, also from the eu! we were very happy with eating and service overall. but unfortunately others have to give and warn. P.S.: this is a Chinese restaurent, like most other Japanese restaurents in Europe.

it is not a Japanese restaurant. managed by chinese. they charge per person for a badly made eating, tasteless and with low quality fish.

that was the second Japanese restaurant I visited almost years ago. it still keeps great, even after the Japanese trend spread sushi places (with different quality) recommended in whole lissabon.

I am writing this review for customers who (like me) don't eat sushi but love asian cooked food. For us, the sushi non-eaters, we know how hard it is to go out with friends who love sushi and not being able to join them on...a japanese restaurant. Samurai offers you a wide variety of great cooked food, you can join your friends gladly The grilled dishes prawns, chicken are just delicious , you really must try. Vegetable salads, spring roles and guiozas are great as well. The staff is friendly and helpfull. They have a fixed price and it's an all-you-can-eat restaurant however the it's worth the money you pay. I am a fan! Thank you Samurai.

We fled from the rain to this restaurant and had no expectations. It's not cozy in any way, but perfectly fine for lunch. The concept is nothing we have in Stockholm. You can order how much and what ever you like from the menu ..which was everything from sashimi and sushi to sizzlers and hot food, for the fixed price of euros for dinner). With the price in consideration the food was surprisingly good. The sushi was really good with interesting variations and there was nothing on the menu we didn't like. (Try the sizzler shrimps and smoked salmon sushi However, don't expect high end cuisine. We will definitely recommend this place to all of our friends visiting Lisbon!

Altough we could repeat and choose everything we wanted from the menu, each portion was small, the rice was warm and the fish was fresh but it didn't taste as it was caught the day before. Positive issues: desserts are tasty and the staff is...sympathetic and receptive, however serving takes time. The overall experience is ok, but ok for an expensive sushi dinner (c. per person w/ a bottle of wine) isn't enough.
