Rui's Steakhouse em S BRÁS DE ALPORTEL

During our holiday in the area, we booked a table for dinner at Rui's. It's situated at the village of Sao Romao, next to Cafe Correia. There were 6 of us and we enjoyed the couvert as a starter, a variety of steaks (all perfectly cooked), with sides and sauces etc plus some of us had dessert too. The food was lovely, service very good and all reasonably priced. The restaurant is very pleasant. The waitress spoke good English. There's a large car park too. There are other items on the menu but since it's known for its good steaks, that's what we all opted for. None of us were disappointed, as all the food was lovely.

Als je goede steaks wilt eten ben je hier op juiste adres, ontvangst door bediening is perfect en dit blijft de hele avond zo , een grote pluim voor deze dame. De steaks zijn prima en bijlagen ook, de aardappelproducten en groeten kun je zelf samenstellen. Prijsniveau is bovengemiddeld maar is gezien de kwaliteit ook goed in orde.

Als je een goeie steak wil eten dan moet je hier naartoe. Vriendelijke bediening en veel keuze in soorten steak. Mooi opgediend met keuze uut slaatjes en sausen. De prijzen zijn hoger dan een portugees restaurant maar het is het zeker waard. Leuke plek!

The restaurant has moved slightly out of Sao Bras but still well worth the extra journey. Rui is brilliant and his steaks are second to none. We've recently eaten at a well known steak house in London and Rui's chateaubriand is far better. We returned later in the week and had Filet Mignon and Beef Wellington and they were even better... As if that was possible!! Veronique is.. As always, wonderful and I met Rui's mum.. Who's adorable. Love the place.. It's the best.

Sadly this restaurant is no longer in the middle of Sao Bras. Apparently it has relocated to a village nearby, off the Loule road.

Espaço agradável em zona calma! Atendimento com muita simpatia e sinceridade! Menu com bastantes escolhas dentro do conceito! Comida saborosa! Carta de vinhos com bons preços!

We have just eaten in this restaurant which is now situated just outside Sao Bras. It is the best meal I have had in a long time. The steak is fantastic. I had surf and turf and my husband had steak Rossini. The fillet steak on each was cooked to perfection. The side dishes and sauces were excellent. Veronica managed the restaurant on her own and the service was second to none. If you are in the area it is a must. We have booked to go again.

Bom bife, acompanhamento sem destoar. Bom ambiente, produtos de qualidade. A repetir, se a vontade fôr de um bife.
