we thought there was lunch in tomar and they had 2 vegan options. the first is a permanent part of their menu, a side steak or tofu with caramelizes onion, rice and sweet kartoffels and root vegetables chips. the other was a daily special (sautéed veggies today.) we have the first option with since. the court is very good, cooked in traditional Portuguese wise, and we would not make it stop again at this place.

The restaurant entrance makes clear that all dishes are cooked to order and can prepare 30 minutes. Delicious bread, olives and seafood while we waited. 40 minutes after the order we asked. Back to 55. At which point it came, but... I had to go and feed the counter. The owner's husband was very apologetic, explained the reason for the delay and offered a free drink. Nevertheless, we would have made this a three, not for the absolutely wonderful seafood dish we enjoyed.

The restaurant had an email message that says that they do not accept reserves after a certain moment, but they encourage you to go even if without reserve because they have a big turn of customers. Saturday 20:00 The restaurant was almost full, but we had a 4 person table. The staff was very nice and they advised us about special dishes of the day and gave us good suggestions. The food was very well cooked and very flavored (Shrimp Curry, mushrooms and mixed omelet). We shared all the dishes and were thrilled. There was no great selection of wine, but there was good at a fair price. The atmosphere was beautiful, yet the restaurant was full. However, we noticed that the staff encouraged the new comets to wait and wait them realistic expectations for time. We were told that the boss, the mother of one of the very nice waitresses, played piano in the dining room after the kitchen... we believe when she plays as she cooks, she must be a very good pianist...

This restaurant is very busy. We got a reservation last minute from 7.30. The food was very good and cheap. I had the spare ribs, the hot and tasteful wife had shrimps in saffron and pineapple sauce. Dish was very tasteful, but...not very hot. The daughter had a vegetarian dish. Desserts very good. Service excellent. Shout to Francisco. Would go back.

We had such a nice time in this restaurant, it was just amazing food, great people and the piano game at the end was great.

This was such a wonderful find. The food was some of the best that we had in Portugal. The seafood so fresh and delicious! The staff was very friendly and attentive. The chef visited twice to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. A real...delight!

Great food, great atmosphere!! My wife and I loved this place. We went there on a cold day, but it was nice and warm inside. The portions are very big. The staff are kind and sometimes someone plays the piano.

We ordered the seafood rice and prawn skewers. Both were excellent well seasoned but not too much. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Whats more? The chef came out and played the piano! Doing a sing a long with us. Was a great lunch...indeed
