Great location, lovely staff, some meals looked fab, but I have to say the vegetable curry is awful. made up of mainly sliced carrot and what seems like packet sauce it's a real let down. In our party of we concluded that presentation was nice, food quality and taste poor to average. Come on, can we please have an improvement for vegetarian options? or some real care into what you make? or at least taste it before you put it on the menu, you will be shocked how bland your food is

what we can say carla was absolutely amazing, she was friendly, friendly and professional. the other waiter, a gentleman was very quiet, but still very attentive and helpful at any time. eating was nicely cooked and served, good choices too. the house made gloomy were also beautiful. we have visited vilamoura during our days and I can guarantee that we will visit again. if there is any side to this restaurant, then it is the situation, but there is nothing anyone can do. many thanks for everything carla and team we will return. ann and mark

To be fair to Pepper's, it is always very relatively difficult for a restaurant located in a hotel to feel... unlike a hotel restaurant. And that is my main issue with this restaurant, which is certainly mitigated by the fantastic view of the marina (make sure you ask for a table outside and with a view). The service was excellent and the steaks were very good. There is room to improve with the food but I say that in comparison to the high standards of the London steak restaurants I frequent. Generally, a lovely meal in almost all aspects.
