Whilst staying 10 minutes outside of Sao Bras we picked up a takeaway from this Indian. Although we didn't have a menu in our villa, we rang through asking for the usual type of dishes the 6 of us enjoy in the UK. Their English was very good & our order was taken and the food was ready to be collected 20 minutes later. There was ample food, all delicious and filling. It was made with the right heat (spices), as we had been asked on the phone how we liked it - mild, medium or hot. One of our party even went as far as to say it was the best Indian he had ever had! Highly recommended.
This was our second visit to this restaurant where the food is amazing, the staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. Highly recommended.

5 stars all day long. Another wonderful meal and first class service. We have been here many times as diverse menu cooked to any degree of spice that you desire. Often bring a sample dish to try which is always delicious. Very accommodating with children. Will always come back here.
Lovely outside tables with a breeze on a bit night in a quiet corner and we were impressed with the taste and quality of the food and trimmings. Nice family service, helpful but not intrusive..and way better than an Indian meal we had in Tavira the previous week. Agreed with previous reviewer just make one lovely home made chutney and a fresh onion, tomato dip to go with the poppadums and would be unbeaten!
The menu is similar to most Indian restaurants in the US. They have a good selection of vegetarian options as well as lamb, chicken, and fish dishes. We ate late, so wanted only light food and enjoyed a well-seasoned Saag paneer, and Daal, with fresh slices of ginger adding a small kick. Our only disappointment here was the sauces they served with the papadum as they were all thin, weak, sweetened versions of the 3 we have come to expect in US restaurants. The owner told us to order the three pickles next time and if they turn out to have some spice and consistency, I'll report back.
One of the best restaurants for Indian cuisine I've ever been in, consistently high quality food and good service.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, the service was excellent,the food was delicious. Perfect really.
