I don't give 1 star because the owners are not responsible for their employees. But I was treated very poorly at the cashier by a girl, she didn't seem to be Portuguese. That girl shouldn't work in customer service. I give you 0 in sympathy and service. And to the owners I want to say that the second package is that you pay, I work at a barbecue and whoever buys a loaf of bread is given in a paper bag without being paid. I bought a bread with chorizo to take away and they gave me the bread wrapped in a napkin because the girl with very poor service said 500 times that it was €0.05 a bag. The issue here is not being miserable and not paying the €0.05 for the bag is that if I'm buying an item that doesn't come packaged, it shouldn't be charged and the bag is less bad. I'm not one to comment here but I was disappointed because it was my first time in the cafe. From a distance, the café is very beautiful, but the terrace and the bathroom are very dirty. I think the owners need more attention to the cafe to be a good place to be and enjoy. (Original) Não dou 1 estrela porque os donos não tem a culpa dos funcionarios que têm. Mas fui muito mal atendida na caixa por una miúda, não me parecia ser portuguesa. Essa rapariga não devia trabalhar em atendimento ao público. Eu lhe dou em simpatia e atendimento 0. E aos donos quero disser que a segunda embalagem é que se paga, trabalho numa churrasqueira e quem compra uma bola de pão é dada num saco de papel sem ser pago. Comprei um pão com chouriço para levar e dieram-me o pão embrulhado em guardanapo porque a rapariga com muito mal atendimento disse 500 veces que eram 0,05€ o saco. A questão aqui não é ser miserable e não pagar os 0,05€ do saco é que se estou a comprar um artigo que não vem embalado não devia ser cobrado e menos de maus modos o saco. Não sou de fazer comentários por aqui mas fiquei desapontada porque era a primeira vez que entrava ao café. De longe é muito bonito o café mas está muito suja a esplanada e a casa de banho nem se diga como estava de suja. Penso que lhe falta mais atenção dos donos ao café para ser um bom lugar para estar e disfrutar.

Very bad service. I've come here several times and none of the times we were well attended or received, there was always some mistake but I always gave it a second chance. (Original) Atendimento muito mau. Já vim cá várias vezes e em nenhuma das vezes fomos bem atendidos ou recebidos, houve sempre alguma falha mas sempre fui dando segunda oportunidade. A última vinda e que se transformou definitivamente na última, foi a recusa em vender um produto exposto no estabelecimento. Lamentável o tipo e atendimento prestado.
