Arco em Serrado Da Igreja

This restaurant is used on a daily basis for lunch by a tour operator. It is limiting the number of available tables during lunch.The dishes can be found in every tour guide to Madeira. However... they are well prepared, and it isn't that expensive. Not exactly gourmet but a very safe choice. Just think before going there for lunch.

The service was excellent - we had the local limpets grilled with garlic butter to start with, then the beef skewers on a bay twig. Home made lemon cake was a good choice. Afterwards, make sure you go along the side of the restaurant and find the path that hugs the cliff side. Amazing walk to see the sunset and look over to the next bay.

um restaurante muito simpático com uma vista magnífica. a comida era muito fresca e saborosa e a pessoa que nos serviu disse que não era fácil servir doces, saladas ou pommes com a refeição. muitos locais e caminhadas

my friend is moved to this village and we visited on a quiet Monday. the child was the most delicious thing I ever had. the portions are huge and the service is perfect. I can't expect to come back.

we loved the espada and espetada, and the set lunches were also great worth (best to hungry as large portions) we ended here 5 times in 3 days eating. the view from the terrace is sensational

unique view, excellent local cuisine, beautiful service and a great Christmas experience that delights the well-being of home. for those who prefer a warm environment.

Food was very average and uninspiring. Cost was fairly cheap, €10ish for a main and a couple of euro each for sides and drinks. Only one guy running the whole place so service was slow, he was rushed off his feet.

This place offers a great and dreamy view from the terrace and there is nothing more pleasant then to sit there and watch the view having a punch or beer. The Food is unfortunately not the most important here, the meat was almost uneatable, the...seafood was also not the great joy.
