Really good Mexican food with fresh ingredients
Really good Mexican food and big portions.
A bit overpriced and the burrito is just a bunch of mushy ingredients. It needs some chunkier texture to offset the beans. Also, they take about minutes to cook one burrito and a taco. Shouldn't take that long. However, it has a very nice interior and some relaxing music.
Cartel is not to be missed on your holiday in Peniche! We are frequent visitors to Peniche and we eat at this restaurant every time we are here. The quality of food is top notch and the octopus tacos are a must! We have tried just about every type of taco…they really know what they are doing…all ingredients fresh and of high quality. The selection of tequilas is also high quality as are the margaritas and don’t forget a Michelada or Chelada too!
the best Mexican food we had in portugal! delicious fish tacos and beef burrito. with delicious hot sauces all washed with corona and tequila. recommended
excellent eating with a lot of delicious aromas, but we came during dinner and it was packed. fortunate we have another place, but had to wait for an hour for our food. update: we went back during dinner on a Monday evening. only two of us and only other tables, and we were waiting for our food for over an hour, which was ridiculous. we propose to go only when they are very patient and not too hungry aha.
