Talking about Arola restaurant (not LAB) A really solid option at the resort. My boyfriend and I had the tasting menu, Im a vegetarian and he is not. However, they easily accommodated this. There was a good quantity and quality of food for per person. We didnt have wine pairings. The veg tapas options were my favourite, amazing and interesting patatas bravas, good (why and not stars) burrata, and fried asparagus. Then a very good vegetable rice and steak. The dessert was fab too! Service was great! This is very nearly a star restaurant.

Outstanding food and experience! Two negative remarks: sauces were a bit too salty. wine prices exaggerated.

Amazing food experience! Wait staff were top knotch. Very informative with food and wine choices. My girlfriend and I enjoyed the chief's tasting menu. Even made special accommodations for an allergy. The spicy tomatoes are a must try.

fantastic menu, great service and brilliant wine pairing. definitely more than one star. We have not experienced such a great evening in a long time. the lab is a must for connoisseurs.

Why is this not stars? Our meal was fabulous! Our waiter/wait staff were informative, courteous and made you feel welcome. The wine steward was spot on with his recommendations! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Lab. Bravo to everyone!

best restaurant in portugal. personal, eating and atmosphere are all perfect. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. use the trip regardless of whether they live in the hotel or not.

the most amazing culinary experience at a special family start. service, representation, creativity and quality were all on stellar level. and it is not expensive when the specified value is specified. highly recommended!
