highly recommended! they have mixed traditional dishes with modern techniques and everything is very good. we had the bark wellington and were completely blown away from the quality of the meal. everyone in the staff was super nice and polite, and we will definitely come back. the trip to this restaurant was for us the highlight in the trip to unhais da serra.

To be honest, I've never eaten such a bad food in portugal. we ordered the Portuguese sausage, one of them should have been crispy, that should have been red and not the fat. after that a tuna steak and a...Bife de vazia are well done. my man tried to eat thunfischsteak, and my bifee was once passado. I was very sad when that happened. Yeah, the wee was good. the dessert was good. those who have servered us were kind. I don't have so high standards, but eating was bad. they should consider renting a professional chef if they want to keep this restaurant. it is very well located. it could have such a nice potential, but cook with another person.

do not miss this place, we were there at the weekend and liked it so much that we both eat there. we were in the nearby hotel and this is a 5-minute walk away. -staff is super friendly and very proud. the restaurant (big energy) - good is great, I recommend the: free chicken soup (made from a brothy at the place) cheese sweet pumpkin dessert. sounds stage? try it and let me know (pictures) the main dishes are all great!

we fought with the restaurants in unhais because they all seemed to serve traditional meat or fish and if they have a vegetarian woman, this will not do. fortunately, o cortico came to retirement with two vegetarian options and we were up. they're running. general portions (from eating and wine through the glass) with some interesting combinations of sweet (thanks to a change from the omni to wait and boring salat) and, they would believe a sossty (not minded by in most Portuguese cuisines.) so was a good eating and evening and I wish them all success for the future. I'm sorry, but I didn't like the homemade aqua com gas. a bit metallic for my taste. beautiful bright and welcoming setting without old souls discuss the price of the wool in the corner.

Friendly staff. Good food. The recommended dishes didn't disappoint. One starter, 2 main courses and desserts around 50 60 euros.

The starters are very creative and tasty. The main dishes are good and the deserts are fantastic. I recommend doce de requeijão com abóbora. The service is very friendly.

Got friendly service straight away and though our Portuguese is limited and so is their English, we were able to sort out the menu and make our orders. The interior looks nice and the atmosphere is a little bit on the fancier side. The wines...looked delicious, unfortunately as I was pregnant, they had only soft drinks for me to choose from. The food was assembled in a pleasant way and the staff was very attentive and was able to recommend both drinks and meals for us. Men in our group enjoyed their meals (octopus and steak), but my grilled cod didn’t really taste that much of anything (despite the olive oil) and the boiled vegetables though tasty had overwhelming amount of garlic in them. In the end, couldn’t finish the dish as it became too overbearing with the same taste. The side salad was really good and compensated some of the garlic.

We were supposed to go to the exceedingly well known Lenda de Viriato, however we couldn't find a reservation so we tried this restaurant. And what an amazing and lovely surprise it was. The food is traditional through and through and amazingly well prepared. Servings...are very generous and the price is very very good for the quality and ammount of food. I would recommend the Tábua Serrana for the appetizer, it's a mix of cheeses and local charcuterie all of which are amazing. I ate the Costeleta de Novilho and my wife ate the Cabrito à Serrana. Both were divine. The owner personally chooses all the animals that he serves and it really shows on the quality of the meat. We finished with the Mousse de Requeijão com doce de abóbora, an house specialty which is heavenly. To top this amazing food experience I need to point out the outstanding job the staff and the owners do to provide an amazingly professional and thoughtful experience to their customers. I can't recommend this restaurant enough. All the best wishes and successes for the owners who truly deserve it for providing such a great experience.
