eating was delicious and very well prepared. the staff was nice, I will come back to try the desert
the food we ordered was more than pretty good. large shrimp and traditional tomato soup. plus a lovely service.
a very nice restaurant in a side street. the waiter was very nice and spontaneous a very last minute reservation for us. we had one of the best bolo do caco with garlic here, plus two excellent espatadas with a beside court included in the price (chips and salat). the spies cost one supplement each. very tasty and absolutely recommended!
I recommend this restaurant because the prices are very good for such enormous portions. I tried both grilled meat and roasted snipe fish (both tasty), which came with large sidedishes mostly sweet. Garlauchbrot is simply amazing: it is the best thing I tried in a week in madeira. the waiter was very friendly, and the waiting times were ok for freshly cooked dishes. I and my friend have chosen this restaurant completely randomly and we loved it! we also came back at the end of our stay in funchal.
Really unique restaurant with a giant barrel inside. Delicious Portuguese food (make sure to try the scabbardfish) and a very friendly owner.
We had the Carbonara, I never before could not finish my portion of carbonara. I tried but although it was well tasting I had to leave a little. stars from me to A CUBA

very friendly service, excellent value and delicious food. hidden gem in the heart of funchal. high recommended, tomato soup (with garlic), chicken salad and chicken geovese.
